America's Favorite "Little Manish Woman (Or Womanish Man)"

I know that over the past few years, I have become the token voice for the female nominees. Well, while I don't wish to carry the burden for another year, I do think that a compromise may be in order. I boldly and officially propose that this compromise be in the form of an actor with not only a stunning array of cinematic accomplishments ('the director' in "American Shrimps", 'the coroner' in "Farm Sluts", and 'Earl "Brother Boy" Ingram' in "Sordid Lives") but also the true he/she quality that can bring together both genders in true harmony. You may remember him best as Beverly Leslie in Will & Grace, or you may not remember him from anything...ever...

Ladies and Gentlemen, Leslie Jordan!

A Little Late, But Right On Time

Sadly, I'm just getting around to posting my aforementioned nomination. But that time is now. And my nomination, my OFFICIAL nomination for this year's festivities is Dr. Peter Benton. Or you might no him as tv and silver screen legend Eriq La Salle.

Happiness = Turkey w/ everything

I am so glad it's back. I cannot begin to express my jubilation. The Farley brother, what a nomination!

I too have an early nomination that's been burning a hole in my pocket. This will be revealed soon. Later today perhaps.

This is the season of dreams.

It Has Arrived

Merry Thanksgiving Season!

The 2008 Thanksgiving Season has arrived, ushering in the 7th annual, Joey, Lowell, Lauren, & Brad Thanksgiving Extravaganza. Official nominating will not begin for over a month, but the blog is officially open for business.

First things first.

I officially nominate one of the most overlooked and underrated actors of our time. Who better to comfort us during this tumultuous election year than the a man who knows what is it to be known as someone's brother. That's right, everyone's favorite other Farley, Kevin.

I don't even know if he has been in many movies, but I do know he bears a striking resemblance to his brother. And isn't that enough? I think so. So vote. Vote for something kind of familiar.

Well, albeit a lackluster first blog of the season, I am attempting to open a slew of banter, so let the blogging begin.
